    Officials Certification Request

After completing RSL training, please complete and submit the Officials Training form to be considered for certification.  Please note, submitting this form does NOT mean you are certified.  It is a request to the RSL Officials Committee that you be considered.  They will VERIFY your submitted information and then approve your request.  You should check with your team's RSL Rep if you have any questions about your verification.

Before submitting this form, be sure you have your screenshots with all requested information showing.

    For EdPuzzle:

Waiver Requests for USAS/VHSL Trained Positions

As in the past years, for certain positions that have undergone the trainings provided by USA Swimming or the Virginia High School League, and hold a CURRENT certification, a waiver request can be submitted to the RSL by using the above link to submit their forms and documentation.

NOTE > If you are a USA official, submitting your membership card does NOT qualify you.  You need to look to the top right, click on Officials, click My Official History and submit a screenshot of THAT page with your current certifications on it.

NOTE > If you are submitting a VHSL request, you MUST include you name (found in the upper right corner) in your screenshot or your request will not be approved.

If you do NOT have a Google account and cannot get the below link to work,
