RSL Swimming

Starting in the 2024 Season, all Coaches ARE REQUIRED TO be Safe Sport Trained. When completing the training, please choose the one that applies to you. Click on the image below for step-by-step instructions on how to complete the training.

As a crucial part of the RSL, we value your role as a coach. Therefore, at least ONE Coach from each team (Head Coach) should complete the RSL Coaches' Training.  This training is completed online using the EdPuzzle platform. Click the link below to start your training. Remember, you MUST answer all questions and click the SUBMIT button at the end of each course to get credit.

Once the video stops, there is still a Continue button at the end of each video. Once you click the continue button, you will see a Submit button. If you do not click the submit button, you have NOT completed your training, and the RSL  will not be able to verify your status.

The RSL Rules Committee is seeking your feedback regarding our current rules. Please use the following link to submit any rules questions, clarifications, or updates you would like to be considered.
